One of the most honoring things a bride can do is want to work with you so much that she is willing to fly you out to California to photograph her wedding! And I am beyond words happy that she did. Photographing Amanda and Travis’ Camarillo garden wedding was absolutely amazing. Maravilla Gardens was a breathtaking backdrop made even more beautiful by one of the sweetest most precious couples ever. Not only did Travis and Amanda first meet at a charity function but they have spent their entire relationship serving and helping others. It was so evident how loved these two are by everyone one of their guests, who happened to be one of the funnest group of people EVER. Along with impromptu serenading by the groomsmen, the BEST first dance EVER and a crazy reception, Amanda and Travis’ wedding was pure perfection. Here is a little glimpse into their day~
Amanda and Travis, thank you so much for letting me be part of your amazing day! I also have to give a shout out to Anne and Ereke, who couldn’t be at the wedding because they were welcoming their first child into the world! Thank you both for being amazing and for introducing me to Amanda! Big thank you to my second shooter Richard Cao for your unbelievable help throughout the day and for the fabulous groom, dance and sparkler shots!
All of the adorable bird name holders where hand painted by the people at Ability First and the beautiful clay vases were handmade by the kids at HOLA.
